COMPLAINTS :

1. Paid the bill but couldn’t consult with doctor within 01(one) hour of your payment.

2. Prescription couldn’t be produced within 02(two) hours of your payment.

PROCEDURE :

1. Ask your agent for the refund.
2. Complete the refund application

        Cash back through Bkash number
3. After primary evaluation of your application, if conditions fulfilled, the refund  will be proceeded to the Bkash number provided.

DISCLAIMER :
        Once the refund is claimed, the patient is no longer eligible to get the prescription of that particular event.
